to not be on the straight road...

so i think that if i were to decide that i was a lesbian, i would be in big trouble, as it seems that would not be recieved well at home. good gracious, ellen degeneres' name was metioned in conversation, and my dad was right on the bull, like "oh, how is a lesbian giving relationship advice??? how can she know anything about guys?" oh gracious my dad and his mouth. that was when the thought occurred to me that if i were to swing that way, i might be in trouble at home. even though my parents have mentioned that beinggay is not smoething they hold against someone, i jsut think, that's not true. with strangers, they are cordial if they know of that, but with me... they would probably flip. so it is with joy in my heart that i can say i will avoid a nasty confrontation as i figure an announcement of that nature will produce.
